Jessie Shepherd is the Chair of the Jefferson County Democratic Central Committee serving the Riverview Township. She also served her community as a member of the Herculaneum Parks Board from 2020 to 2024 before moving to Festus where she was appointed to the Festus park board in late 2025. She is passionate about voter education & community organizing.
